- 142’-6” long U-Shape configuration, Stages1, 2, 3 on one side, 4, 5, 6, 7 on the other side of the U tunnel, each tunnel 5’-10” wide (11’-8” O.A.)
- 8’- 4” high elevated housing; 3’-3”high tanks
- Stage #1, #2, and #4 heated with heat exchangers
- 12’ Drain Zones
- Blow-off system provided for each tunnel with a 2’-0” drain section between pretreatment exit and blow-off entry; 10’-0” long blow-off section
- Wash Stages
- Stage 1 – 30 Sec. Alkaline Cleaner, Heated
- Stage 2 – 60 Sec. Alkaline Cleaner, Heated
- Stage 3 – 30 Sec. Rinse
