In 2015 AIS was rewarded the contract to provide a major Wisconsin manufacturer a new/refurbished powder coating system for their return of manufacting in their Milwaukee headquarters. The short-notice project included AIS building and installing; new Control System, new Dry-Off Oven, new Cure Oven, new Cool Down Tunnels, new Environmental Room, and (4) refurbished/new conveyor systems totaling near 5,000 foot in length. AIS also relocated (2) Nordson Colormax Booths and an 8-stage Stainless Steel Washer from the their GA facility saving our customer millions over an all new system.
