AIS typically has 15-20 Nordson, Wagner, and Gema powder booths systems, spare color modules, color hoppers, over 100 used powder guns, powder pumps, and all related components. Each booth and component is thoroughly inspected, tested and refurbished as needed. New powder guns and equipment may be integrated to any booth or system we provide. A different manufacturer’s guns, pumps, sieves, etc. may also be used on a different manufacturer’s booth. As most say, a booth is nothing more than a large, expensive vacuum. If you have a preference on application equipment but would like to save money on the booth, stick to your guns.

Booth Styles: A reclaim, cartridge style booth is ideal for long color runs. When few colors are needed and consistently used in high production, multiple booths may be used for optimal efficiency and to eliminate color change-overs. If one or two main colors are used and many or all colors are low volume, a spray-to-waste or non-reclaim powder booth should be added to the system. Cyclonic, quick color change booths are ideal for multiple color changes and reclaiming paint. However, these are very rare to come by on the used market and AIS can usually provide two or more reclaim booths with automatic guns and spare color modules for half the price of one new quick-color change booth.
